After he died at age 17, his owner paid $50,000 to have Genetic Savings & Clone, Inc. inject Little Nicky’s DNA into an egg cell that was subsequently implanted into a surrogate mother cat. She gave birth to a kitten that was similar in appearance and temperament to the prized kitty.
