to the following terms before joining PandEcats.com:

to learn from one another in such a way that benefits the community of cat fanciers as a whole, while exploring the depths of communication among all peoples,

while we believe in diversity and differing opinions, flaming, spamming or
any slanderous remarks will not be tolerated under any circumstances
that some sections of the PandEcats.com site may be restricted to members only
that Members agree to display a member logo and
link back to www.PandEcats.com on their website
that the content and graphics on this site are copyrighted 2000
that no part of this PandEcats.com can be used, published, copied
or sold for any purpose without the written permission of the owner
that Members agree not to utilize PandEcats.com website in any fashion that
may be construed as detrimental: This includes, but it not limited to,
illegal use of the server, the posting of harmful content, entering any data that is libelous, defamatory or unlawful, or that violates or infringes any trademark, copyright or similar rights of others,
the views expressed anywhere within this site
that the Member assumes all risks when accessing PandEcats.com
and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PandEcats.com from any loss
or damage, expense, or claim, including attorneys' fees,
resulting from use of PandEcats.com
that the PandEcats.com reserves the right to remove any material, including postings to a forum, should the material be found offensive or derogatory·
that PandEcats.com is not responsible for any material which
resides on a third party site
which may be linked to or from PandEcats.com·
that this Membership Agreement may be changed at any time
that any violation of this Membership Agreement may result in
the Member being denied access to this site
